We wanted to free up some factory restrictions as well as gain some extra horsepower, so we decided to remove the U-Bend and Resonator.
While at Brock Car Care where Shimmy and Joe did the pulley swap and the muffler upgrade, we had them do this work.
Here is U-Bend freshly cut off, note the torched hole where the o2 sensor was housed.

Here's the large resonator that was removed and replaced with a straight pipe.

Here is the replacement straight pipe. Note the o2 sensor was re-mounted.
